I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @MassaHarambe ensures to transfer ownership from the towns of ChunkFarm, ChunkFarm1, ChunkFarm2, ChunkFarm3, and ChunkFarm4 once the full payment of $2,000,000 ECD has been paid by @Remiusu in the 8 week (56 day) time period. @MassaHarambe will permanently lose owner status but keep member status of the towns immediately after adding the new owner; @Remiusu will become the new legal owner. I, @Remiusu, previously agreed to keep @shrinkwrap4me as a member of the above stated towns for the foreseeable future. After discussion of my intent to use the town to provide plots to players, MassaHarambe AKA @shrinkwrap4me, stated they do not need/want to be added to the town any longer. This amendment is to provide proof of this statement so that removal of player @shrinkwrap4me from towns ChunkFarm, ChunkFarm1, ChunkFarm2, ChunkFarm3, and ChunkFarm4 will no longer be breach of contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
