Minecraft Username: TJanicki Brief Description: My quartzblock chestshops at /warp station11 were bought out by @OlympiansAreGods without payment registering to my bal. Instructions: I have not been able to recreate this issue, seems to be rare. I realize this is not ideal but I have evidence below. How many times did you recreate this? N/A Result: No money for me, while my quartzblock chests were emptied. OlypiansAreGods said he was charged money however. Expected Result: I get paid. Evidence: This first image shows what @OlympiansAreGods purchased from my chestshop. About 2 double chests of quartz, which is what I had in stock at the time. This is a screenshot of what registered on my csn. I had thousands of quartzblocks in stock, a few stacks would not have bought me out. Screenshot of my csn page 2. It gets interesting here since in the past week the chestshop has purchased more quartz from people than I have sold. There is no way my quartz chests should be empty right now. 246 +64 = 310 Quartz block bought by me in the past week 128+61+35= 224 Quartz block sold (as registered by csn) Logblock evidence is below for some proof that I did not take out the quartz. I added a chest worth of quartz today for testing purposes which is why the 1728 block transactions are appearing. Top Chest: (Im not sure why but logblock seems to be catching the top slab too for some reason) Bottom Chest: I did take out 576 blocks on the 22nd because my chests were full and I still wanted to buy. I'm also confused why logblock is not sorting the transactions by date, but that's probably a different issue.
@ClarinetPhoenix can you please see if you can reproduce this, and investigate in depth to see what the problem may be. I'm curious if it was a one time thing or if other's are experiencing this on a massive scale.
What I'm seeing right now is only a discrepancy between the logs and /csn history. However, our logs have recorded every single transaction that has hit you. I'm seeing the most issues with the specific date of 9/25. This is the day where I am seeing Oly bought a ton of quartz from you, as well as a couple other transactions from users, but it wasn't recorded in /csn. TJanicki at [rising] -9315, 270, 8671 I have looked at other users who also had transactions on this specific day and I am also seeing missing logs from csn only. I checked Imabankthing since he has a very active chestshop operation. There are a few missing transactions, such as periods of single nstars sold, or tons of blocks bought over and over again by a single user, similar to Oly's transactions. I have confirmed that each transaction that Oly made with your chestshop that your balance was edited correctly even if it didn't show in csn. I also confirmed with Imabankthings missing transactions from csn that his balance too was hit correctly, but quite a few of his transactions were missing only from csn compared to logs. I'm not entirely sure what the issue was on that particular day. I have however compared chestshop logs with Tjanicki, Imabankthing and Ediouseig for the past day or so and seen no discrepancies between csn and logs. I will keep an eye on this one and see if I notice any patterns. Feel free to continue to report discrepancies if you have any so I can look into it. This goes for anyone.
I had same issue as Tjanicki above at my chestshop in /Warp Everything It was the SPONGE chest shop. Someone bought me out completely, and it did NOT show up in my CSN History. i have no clue if the money showed up or not because i was offline when it happened and did not keep track of my balance to know??
I can confirm your balance was edited correctly as well, no money/items lost. Thanks for reporting your findings. I will continue to examine this bug.
I can confirm as well; that this csn bug has happened to me multiple times. What seems to happen is after a day or two (For me anyway) csn catches up and places those sales at the top of the list with the correct time on it (Meaning there are sales with the time of over 1day about some sales with 30mins) I hope that made sense
What SirSpuzzy described has been happening to me as well. Usually I log in with a few hundred csn notifications but I haven't had any the last couple days. This has happened at least once before and I think it showed the missing csn notifications a few days later if I remember correctly.
Thanks for the additional information guys! I've inquired with the developer of this for more information. Perhaps he can shed some light as to what's happening.

I know this is probably not the best evidence, but I seemed to have sold all 1728 or so emeralds, but the money didn't show in my bal. Also, it shows that 128 were sold back to me, but no emeralds are there. I also am not sure when that large amount of dirt sold a while earlier actually showed up. Assuming that was your entire stock since you stated your chest was empty and I see no sales to you after. CSN tends to group similar transactions together, so while Cike appears to have sold you emeralds, he also looks like be bought all of them back, and because it was 17 of the same buying transaction they were grouped together. I'm gonna hazard that you didn't have 1728 emeralds in there. I have two records showing of only about 1051 being present and transacted with. Your balance went from about 450k to 1.47million, which looks like is about right, The missing 25k being from the money lost from Cike selling you those 2 stacks of emeralds before buying them back. These happened on the 7th, it's unsure if you had looked at your CSN after that and properly noted any missing transactions for this dirt before it showed up. You can always keep an eye on your balance/shops and see if you find anything off or missing from csn and we'll look into it.
Thank you so much for your time in having to deep dive into this. I have no idea how my balance was about 450k when the only thing I thought I had spent money on was the shop renewal. I usually keep my balance just about the non-taxed amount and transfer everything else to the forum. Whatever has happened, you can be sure I will keep a closer eye on my balance from now on. And believe me when I say that it is not out of the realm of possibilities I have spent money somewhere that I have forgotten I will say that it would not have been nearly as painful if it hadn't been emeralds of all things. They are so rare on the server and extremely hard to get. I do wish they had bought from the other shops that are selling them for much less than me Just a reminder, I love our staff and the server.
