    It's part of an anti- cheat plugin. Your light level is too low. Add some lights, go to spawn or something then come back. It looks like you have night vision on, so it's hard to tell.

    No I have redstone lamps on the top of the building and my light level on my computer is very VERY high so i usually can see at night without a light source, not using a light mod or night vision mod or anything like that.
