Sometimes when i log into the server I am not able to access Global chat or msg. I usually can solve this by logging out and in again but it does not always solve the issue. Sometimes I have to re-log several times before I can use global chat. When i do have the problem I get an error message in red lettering that i do not have access to that command. The commands I use are /ch g and /ch global for global chat. I am, however, able to access local chat at all times. Msg chat gives me the same error message as global chat.
