Denied Change Town Names.

Suggestion:

I am suggesting that we add the ability for users to change the name of the towns they own. I think that it should be in the Mayor+ section of the forums and of course it would cost an amount of money that would be decided by staff.

Reason:

This is something that I have heard many people say that they want on ECC for a long time and would give scrubs like me who name their town "upmoon_city" a chance to fix this awful mistake.
