I think letting users change the color would be cool, but if thats not possible then maybe let hoking choose? give him one small benefit for spending 500k :p

 

I also agree you should be able to change this color... With limitation, I dislike on Mc servers where the users have 7 diff colors in their names, gives me head achs and looks sloppy. :p

 

If people can choose their color, it will make the games chat look like a huge mess... lol.

Still, I do think it should be something...different. I dunno what though, we are almost out of colors. :p

And also, in my opinion, black is a horrible idea. Just sayin'

 

I dont think users should be able to change color, but the current color is definitely horrible.

 

Only problem I have with dark blue is that it seems like something that would be a staff rank because staff members are blue. How about purple? xD

Edit: Before anyone says that's the developer color: Unless it has changed, the dev color is a really dark blue. (There are three blues in the game, blue, dark blue, and really dark blue... :p) It's only really "purple" on the forum.

I say make Emperor red or light red or even gold and change the aether rank color to something different. For the cost I would think of an emperor as gold or diamond color but diamond blueish might look to much like mods. I think the chinese used to roll with emperor title of sorts or at least thats what it translated to in english and they favored red. I know super mod and andrew seem to be a dark red so maybe light red is to close. Or to quote my friend Chazmeister13 when I told him about the rank and the cost "for that much the name better have flames coming off of it"

 

Yellow was the colour of Chinese Emperors... the Chinese word for Emperor is huangdi (huang = yellow)

 

Maybe red was just lucky, lot of red and gold used in there, so how about alternate red and yellow?

 

These are both great ideas, Bold/italic and a small selection of unused colours

 

I think it should be gold and/or silver. They are colors that symbolize wealth. I think it would be a good idea.

 

Silver is definitely good, or some fancy font that is unreadable yet is identifiable.
