I am pretty sure there is a thread, if you search hard enough, regarding "Captain Plugin Suggestions." If not, you can make your own thread with a suggested command, feature, and/or plugin for the Captain rank.

When andrew sees an idea he likes, he uses it for Captain. As you can see, he hasn't found one yet.
