cant use caps when writing commands | Minecraft Economy Servers

Simple bug. Why can we not use caps when writing commands now. for example doing /bal works, but doing /Bal or /BAL does not work. We used to be able to use caps.

This is intentional on the side of Mojang. As of Minecraft 1.13, commands won't ignore capitalization / cases and instead prefer all lowercase. It's supposedly to make running commands / functions more efficient.
