I cannot reproduce this on my alt account in the wild. Both chorus_plant and chrous_fruit go in just fine. Check the region you are in and permissions regarding building/interacting perhaps.
I cant place the plant into a item frame. I tryed in the wild and in my town. (even item frame on different blocks) I have interact deny flag in my town but i am added in such so that shouldnt matter?
Unless I or somebody else can reproduce this, I can’t help you. Please get a few other people to try so we can figure out what’s going on.
I added valese as member in mcgland3 and was able to place them just fine. @Bobbyyyyyy @Mcguy65 - has to be your clients. Valese has no special permissions and is a blank alt account.

Yeah you're right I thought it was his texture pack, the "plant" is a apawned in item as well. None obtainable..
This should now be fixed. Please confirm @Mcguy65 @Austinnnnnn @Bobbyyyyyy I've change the detection from use to place. If anyone finds an exploit allowing them to farm chorus in the rising world, please do let me know.
