Whenever BLTwitch (sister, same household) uses the forum, she has no issues at all. D0rc (brother, same household) and I try to access the forum, things either load forever (literally), get a 504 gate way cloud flare (?) error, or take over ten minutes to load.

D0rc is plugged into our Internet; BLT is wireless; I am plugged in (desktop) and wireless (laptop and iPhone).

I've tried multiple browsers (IE, FF, Safari, Chrome) logged in and logged out; nothing changes. I can only access the forum on 3G (different IP and Internet), on my phone. That's what I'm doing right now.

It seems that whenever BLT is in the forum, D0rc and I can't use it at all. When she is off, sometimes we can. At least, from what I have been able to tell. Could our issue be some IP / priority issue or something? Does anyone know what the issue could be? Our Internet is fine, and we can use programs and load other sites perfectly well.

Anyone have any ideas...? :/ D0rc is completely unable to view the forum, and I can only view it once in a while (lucky blips where it loads; usually no more than a few minutes).

Did you clear all of your cache? What browser are you using?

I've used FF, Chrome, Safari, and IE - on my laptop, desktop, and phone. D0rc is using FF, and I tried IE on his computer.

I will try clearing my cache next time I am unable to access the forum, although the first time I tried with IE and Chrome, they didn't even have a cache to speak of and didn't work.

For google chrome: Go to history, click clear browsing history, and from there click empty the cache, and nothing else. :)

Just cleared cache on desktop and ECC loaded; either coincidental or worked. I will try on my laptop next time it doesn't work (and on a different browser), and I asked D0rc to try.

It was coincidental. :/ Clearing cache unfortunately doesn't fix the issue.

There's an extremely small chance you could be a "discouraged" user which is something in Xenforo's ACP settings. But there is no reasonable reason on why you happen to be on that list. I'm not sure if cloudfare is interrupting your connection, but it's possible. It may be treating all three of you as spammers considering your shared IP. Try connecting to the forums at completely different times. Maybe one person connects in the morning and one at night.
