Okay, before I begin I am not going crazy, I swear this is the truth and not just my mind playing tricks.
So I was sitting on pc rooting my Android phone when all of a sudden I heard this indian woman talking through the headphones on my computer, I thought it could be in a web browser so I closed them all down and I could still hear her talking. The quality was kinda "staticy" and I couldn't make out what she was saying.
About 10 minutes later the same thing happened and the voice sounded the same but still terrible quality.
This is kinda freaking me out, anyone know what could be causing this before I lose my mind.

What soundcard is used with this, more importantly, what brand and model of speakers?
and if you unplug your speakers so there is no audio comming from the computer, do you still hear it? -
