Terms of the contract:
- @CammyBunny will pay @FroztyJello 100k within 24hrs after this contract is approved
- @CammyBunny will send all info for the town over forum PMs

- @FroztyJello will apply for mayor within 24hrs after receiving payment from @CammyBunny
- @FroztyJello ensures all info is correct on the app, and @CammyBunny can request edits if need be
- @FroztyJello will add @CammyBunny as owner of the town within 24hrs of the town being placed
- @FroztyJello agrees they lose all ownership of the future town after adding @CammyBunny to the town/when the town transfer gets approved

- If the application gets denied for any reason, @CammyBunny can request it be applied for again or requests money back. If a refund is requested in this case, @FroztyJello has 24hrs to return the money. The contract will be voided in this case.
- This contract is used as proof for an official town transfer app, of which @CammyBunny is applying for and will pay for.
