Why would people spend 85k to get a town. Then give it away for 40k. Sometimes these evaluations confuse me. I think towns should be worth what you paid for them. Ex:
town: 85k
town with portal: 160k
town with portal, heal sign, pvp arena: 240k
etc.

I'm not trying to be rude but I would like to know where you and many other people get these evaluations.
