This will give you all the respect a mayor deserves and all the benifits of being one. All exept for your town which will be given to me.
When you apply for mayor you will leave in the additional comments section that full rights to the town will be given to me, kconahan. You will no longer have access to the town and will have no say on what happens to it.
CONDITIONS: (1) you will let me pick the coordinates to where the town will be placed. (2) you will let me name the town. (3) you will apply for mayor with the coordinates and name I have given you and made it clear in the application that the town is to be given to me within one hour of me giving you the funds to purchase mayor. (4) you will sign a contract agreeing to comply with all of these conditions. 5 you must be trustworthy. (6) you must be ranked [resident]

Ok, the real reason I am trustworthy is because: I've never scammed. I don't feel like getting banned. I would like the rank mayor but think running a town is too big of a commitment. Also, I've been scammed before and know How it feels. I do this kinda thing for a living on ECC I buy, build on, and sell plots. I think that Becoming mayor would be my first step to going large scale with towns. I DO NOT ever want to be associated with the town beyond this... if it turns out like crap, It's not my fault. I'll make the deal of either: 1. Mayor and 2 plots in the town. 2. Mayor, a shop in the town.
