General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safety and security of the 85,000 ecd given @ProTekPvP to in exchange for the town he receives at the rank of mayor.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @IamKarnii agree to give @ProTekPvP 85,000 ecd for the rank of mayor within 12 hours of this contract approval.

I @IamKarnii agree to give @ProTekPvP 24/hrs from this contract approval to make the mayor app.

I @IamKarnii agree to give @ProTekPvP the name I desire to have the town name as within 12 hours of this contract.

I @IamKarnii agree to give @ProTekPvP the coordinates to where I want the town to be within 12 hours of this town approval.

I @IamKarnii agree to provide any money needed for additional town features if I wish to purchase any and pay @ProTekPvP to do it if the original owner is needed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
I @ProTekPvP to give full ownership of my mayor town. Meaning I can not add or remove anyone from the town or place/remove blocks without permission.

I @ProTekPvP On acception of the mayor application within 24 hours I will give @IamKarnii ownership of the town [/rg addowner [Town_Name] IamKarnii] and remove myself.

I @ProTekPvP agree to allow this contract to be used in a town transferral application if @IamKarnii ever decides to file a town transfer.

I @ProTekPvP agree to do my mayor application with 24 hours of this contract approval.

I @ProTekPvP Agree to keep the 85,000 eco dollars in my balance until it has been taken out my balance thus receiving mayor/The town.

I @ProTekPvP agrees to do his mayor application correctly with the name and coordinates I have given him.

I @ProTekPvP agrees to do any applications needed for the original town owner to do if needed, such as town warps. This money will be provided by @IamKarnii.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
