    Do you have the required money? If your answer is no, you can pay the house by paying 1k everyday to a trade sign: No, I currently do not have the money but can easily pay the $5000 by paying the 1k to a trade sign until my debt has been paid off.

    Nice to meet you. I would love to have you in the city. Let me know when you are online so that we can find a house for you.

    If you can not pay for the house don't worry I accept payment plans using trade signs.

    This means that I place a trade sign on your house with a certain amount of blocks (for instance 25 dirt blocks worth 1000$ each) you buy a block everyday until the trade sign is empty and the house will be fully yours. When you have bought all the blocks from the trade sign you will NEVER be removed from the city as long as you follow the city rules. As this is my city's policy and the house becomes your property.
