Hey guys, we all want to make money, and the best way to do so with the current prices is having a nice 16x16 semi auto one chunk wheat farm! If built right it can easily make about 20k or even more, depending on how familiar you are on how to use it. The way I make mine work well is with redstone lamps, wired with redstone on the outside of the farm, so that with the pull of a lever all of the lights will turn off and auto harvest the wheat. You can make about 250-300 dollars per floor, by selling both the wheat and extra seeds. So, now to the cost to build. I will build you this farm, provided that you have the space (can be a protected town or the wild, makes no difference to me) for 7k if you provide the materials, and 10k if you wish for me to provide them.
