Iam a builder, iam on this server for 2 weeks (maybe my english is not SO good cus iam Dutch) and i dont care about whos rich and not . Iam here to play not to do other things. ~EB
i do see some people bully builders sort of joking like. But when i was builder i was never bulied. MAN UP BUILDERS jk builders r fine
He was a builder at the time he posted this, but I would assume he is nice to them now as well. Anyhow builders are awesome. So many of them are nice and friendly people. I gladly give my builders the same rights as presidents in my town.
i don't trust builders any less than i trust other ranks. i guess that's why i have 4 towns and have not sold a single plot. /warp serenity
First let us comment on the ending of the thread. I would much rather not die in a hole because I don't follow your values. I am probably going to join this server and go through the paces of being a builder. But I wouldn't expect to dive into the game and jump to the highest rank. Working for your place in the server will reward you with the knowledge that you earned your position. You worked for it and you achieved it. I do not recommend creating a whole "union" for a rank in the game to correct this "injustice" you believe is happening. +1 for quefueve's last paragraph. It is your duty to report anyone breaking rules in any manner. So being harassed for your rank in the game is something that should never happen regardless.
Rankism in EcoCityCraft literately deals with every rank. Even for the Tycoons and EcoLeaders. Builders are usually put to the top of rankism because of the fact that they are new to the server and have little experience playing. I personally don't have a problem with Builders, and I am pretty sure no one else really does. If there is a problem regarding rankism, regardless of your rank, the best act in my opinion is to take it to a complaint, not to create a movement trying to stop it. And although I did find this creative, I do believe that it was entirely unnecessary.
I once asked _TANSTAAFL why he sold obsidian at $30 in his spawnshop. He told me that builders don't know any better, and he gets several sales a day.
I only have one thing to say about this. I have been playing on this server for about a week now. I was a resident within 5 days. Here is a tip for the new builders. Go vote online for the nstars and go sell them. From there you can buy a 10x10 plot where you can store some of your items and have a small home. From there you need to go into the mining world and simply mine go in straight lines until you hit lava then turn and you will easily make that 15k within a days playing time. right now within a week of playing time i am sitting at about 95k on top of being a resident and have a 35x40 plot that is now gone for other reasons. Just take my tips and you can make builder within a few days. And a tip for the store guys. If your local town has a store try and buy from there it is most likely more cheaper and to save money on a farm dont go buy a ton of supplies just buy like 5 wheat and go from there. Okay, let me re-phrase that. MOST people don't have a problem with Builders. Regardless, the fact that he told you that doesn't mean Builders are mistreated. Only you specifically. Therefore, as I said earlier, I am sure that it would've been wise to bring that to a complaint.
