Concern time. Would i love 15k? Yes. With that said i also recently traded the mayor rank for my town so i'm not sure i'll qualify. Ladyvamptress encouraged me to apply, but if this in any way burdens you or you don't feel you have enough funds to simply give some to me, feel free to deny me. i'll be okay.

Seriously tho, Admiral is a old young fellow with a heart of gold, I have no doubt about him helping out a nice addition to this wonderful community!
