I just updated the first post on the thread with some new changes. Unfortunately, as with any successful program, there will always be some players who choose to take advantage so changes were necessary. Also, since @wolfwoodnyo and @idkhowtoplay (don't believe his user name - he really does know how to play ) have joined the program we have dropped the $5k bonus and are now just offering the $15k for Resident rank funds.
