Brief Description: I was placing blocks and then it flung me in the air and killed me

Instructions: 1 I think players need to be in the mining world 2. players need to be placing blocks straight up (I was getting out of a cave) 3.I think I need to do it with cobblestone but it was a bug.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: once, I didn't even want to do it, I died when it happened.

Result: I died, lost a few enchanted iron,gold and diamond tools and armour, i lost lots of cobble, and coal, the rest was junk.

Expected Result: I didn't expect it to even do it, but i'm guessing when people are not in caves it launches players/make them fall.

Evidence: none, other than the fact of my loss of items and xp
