Once, didn't happen in the other 4 keys, only got the FruktHamster head once.
Result:
Head with no lore.

@TM_iBeast Hey I had this problem myself a little while back, placing it and picking it back up seemed to fix it. Also had this problem with my /skull and this solution worked too.
If this does not resolve the issue, I believe these were my keys you won in auction so I'd be happy to refund it OR I think I have the head I would be able to give you. Just contact me ingame or on discord :p -

I've found the issue. The head you received is correct, its just missing the lore I want them to have to prove they are from the crate.
This should be fixed after our next maintenance session.-

This should now be fixed. It won't fix your current head, but it shouldn't occur again on that head prize drop.
