Instructions:
1. Type /ch VIP into chat
2. Type /dtag into chat

Around 5 times
Result:
1. You don't have permission to join VIP.
2. I'm sorry, but you do not have permission to perform this command. Please contact the server administrator if you believe that this is in error.
Expected Result:
The toggling of my dollar tag or me joining the VIP channel
