Brief Description: It allows me to use the command /tpa, which i have not donated for.

Instructions: use /tpa or /tpahere and the other user you send it to can accept it.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 3 times with BuggyLemon, Kukelekuuk00, and newoo101

Result: I was able to send a teleport and they were able to accept it

Expected Result: It would say "You don't have permission to do this."
