Minecraft Username: Natelev

Brief Description: I have towncontrol and towncontrolplus, but neither of those features shows up in /myfeatures. They also don't contribute to the total amount I've donated (which has stayed the same amount it was before I bought them) and they don't contribute to donator tags (I should have VIP+ with these new features but I'm only VIP)

Instructions:
1. Get towncontrol and towncontrolplus
2. Wait for them to be processed, confirm they actually work by testing a town flag
3. Do /myfeatures

How many times did you recreate this?:
Once. I've confirmed that I can use town flags several times, so I definitely have the features

Result:
Neither feature shows up in /myfeatures
My main donation amount hasn't increased
I'm still only VIP

Expected Result:
Towncontrol and towncontrolplus should show up in /myfeatures
My main donation amount should increase by $50 or whatever the two features are
I should be VIP+
