Brief Description: The hours on the stock trader are off from daylight savings.

Instructions: Just open stock trader after 3:00 PM EST and you cant buy/sell anything.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: N/A

Result: I cant sell or buy stocks.

Expected Result: I would be able to buy/sell stocks at 3:20 PM EST.

Evidence: I dont know how to take a screen shot or anything... sorry but you can just open stock trader at 3:00 PM EST or later and see what i mean.
