Brief Description:when breaking leaves you get more apples then the saplings (so the two are switched up)

Instructions:
1. get a tree or place some leaf blocks down
2. break them
3. and just collect the apples that come out

How many times did you recreate this bug?:alot every time you want get a trees wood when the leaves dissapear you get about 5-10 apple from one tree

Result:the ratio of getting saplings and apples has switched.

Expected Result:you are usually suppose to get alot of sapplins but now its almost impossible to get them.
