Brief Description: /seen shows player is away for longer than the player actually was after server restarts

Instructions:
1. Do /seen on a plate who was online before he server crash
How many times did you recreate this bug?: 2-3

Result: /seen adds almost 2 hours of being offline, than the player really was offline.

Expected Result: Show the actual amount of time player was gone.

Evidence:

 

I'm not exactly sure I should tag KHobbits or kukelekuuk00 in this...
