Brief Description: when using the south west portal got glitch in to the portals

Provide a brief description of the bug/exploit with a sentence or two.
when i was using the portal i become trap in the portal i thing and the game would not pop my out so i suffocate and lost all my item.

 

still the same problem and lost 3 iron shovel and 1 iron helmet with Protection 3 and Respiration 3. This is starting to get to be a pain.
