Brief Description:
Bounties are not working after a certain step.

Instructions:
1. Have another player set a bounty
2. Wait past the required time
3. Accept the bounty
4. Attempt to kill the other user
5. User dies
6. No head appears and bounty isn't gone from bounty list


How many times did you recreate this bug?:
4 times


Result:
The other player dies but no money is transfered, no head is dropped, and the bounty is still in place

Expected Result:
$4500 to go into my account, a head to drop, and the bounty to be cleared.
