Minecraft Username: watumpka
Brief Description: As I was mining my pickaxe disappeared as with about a stack of iron. This just happened randomly as I was switching tools. i.e. from my second tool (enchanted diamond pickaxe) to my lesser quality third tool (stone pickaxe) The stack of iron ore that was filling up disappeared also, but it was only about 4 iron.
Instructions: 1. start mining 2. switch tools halfway through a broken block 3. Everything disappears.
How many times did you recreate this bug?: Three times. First time was rather insignificant so I did not report it. Second time happened about 5-6 weeks ago and I lost a regular diamond pickaxe and about 12 coal. I reported this and the admins just brushed it off and said that I "dropped it". Third time happened on Friday 17 May 2013 and I am reporting it right now.
Result: I keep losing items.
Expected Result: To stop losing items and will hopefully be reimbursed.

Well, first of all, things don't just disappear.
Did you re-log and check if the items were in your inventory? and if they weren't, did you look around you on the floor to see if you dropped anything? -
I re-logged on look in my inventory and triple checked around me. I even started to dig around me to ensure it was not stuck inside a block or something. It definitely disappeared. As I stated above this is the third time this has happened to me.

I've been trying to figure out what's happening. This is completely unheard of and you're the only person experiencing these problems.
