Brief Description: Every once in a while, at spawn the sign will say STARTING in 0 seconds. You can't vote and the arena is broken until the next restart.

Instructions: 1. Do /spawn 2. Go to the SG board and see the broken sign 3. Click the sign to join 4. It wont start

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Three times. Once on arena 4 and once on 3

Result: I can't play SG 3 & 4

Expected Result: I can play SG 3 & 4
