Brief Description: renewing an anvil.

Instructions: Silk touch a damaged anvil.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Im not the one who did it, but I witnessed it happen.

Result: It creates a non damaged anvil.

Expected Result: It would still be damaged.

Evidence: I do not have evidence, as I did not record or take screenshots, im not sure if it was a thing that bugged out one time, but it happened.
