Brief Description:
I am the only owner in the town of "godstown" although I have sold co-mayor to a friend, but when I type in "/region addowner godtown kmaxwell" it says I do not have permishion.

Example: 1 out of 3 times, etc. This is necessary so that we may analyze if this is a bug that is probability-based. It also ensures that it's not just you who may have made the mistake in the first place and solidifies your bug report.
I tried several times thinking I had miss typed something.
Result:
What actually happened upon doing the bug. This goes roughly hand-in-hand with the brief description, but this is just the result - nothing else.
Just says I dont have perm in red letters.
Expected Result:
If there was an expected result, then please post what was supposed to happen, as opposed to what didn't. Shuld have gave player 'kmaxwell" co owner. instead it told me i dont have permission. i would like to be able to give co owner ship.

extra: I am the mayor of Godstown. This dose not just work on kmaxwell iv tried other users that were resident+.
