    on main east nether i was able to break a blaze spawner and i kept the spawner (the spawner dropped like when u break stone) i am not sure if this is suppose to be happening but kinda think its a big deal because people can turn them into spawn keys then make alot of money.

    tested it twice and got 2 blaze spawners

    Tested in MN Nether at 63, 60, 910 and was able to take a blaze spawner as well.
