Brief Description:
I was mining and went AFK for a bit today. When I logged on, my brother told me he also had the same problem and that his item in his first inventory slot was gone. I logged in and the melon sword in my first slot was gone. My brother and me asked in chat if this happened to anyone and some people told us that that yes.

We are currently investigating a bug similar to this but it happens after teleporting. Did this happen after you teleported?
