Brief Description: Not being able to put netherquartz ore in a trade sign

Instructions: 1. Make a trade sign with 1 netherquartz.
2. Try putting in the remaining netherquartz in the sign
3. "There is nothing to collect from this trade sign."

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 5+

Result: Doesn't allow me to restock the sign.

Expected Result: Allowed to restock sign.

It only works when you're standing right against it.
