Brief Description: When you fall down from a certain height and use the /jump command (Also compass) to another location, you take damage, even if you jump up.
Instructions: Fall from height, jump to another location before hitting the ground, take damage
How many times did you recreate this bug?: about 10-15 times. RyanJF1 confirmed. Fly needs to be deactivated for this.
Result: Damage was taken.
Expected Result: Damage shouldnt be taken.

That's because you were falling. The falldamage still applies when you teleport while falling. It's not a bug, just don't fall.
