So as andrewkm has recently released staff members can now tempban, however this has one minor/major flow that I want to make sure he knows about, he most likely already knows about this though.

If a moderator has access to /tempban, this means techically they can now unban, seeing it as this:

a user is banned, the moderator can easily re-ban the user but temporarily, but maybe lets say for 1 second, this means after 1 second his ban is lifted. I am not sure what plugin andrew uses for banning, but this is normally how it works, and I want to make sure andrewkm knows bout this (like i said he most likely does) and that he actually wants this.

a simple solution is:
Making trolling a bannable offence, and make it so users have to appeal, this means less addition of perms to new groups, aswell as less bugs/exploits that may be used.

I am not trying to say that the ecc staff would do this, but as on any server its a safety precaution, and once again I want andrewkm to be notified bout this.
