Brief Description: For some reason, the server isn't proccessing certain sounds

Instructions: Open/close chests, hitting in PVP, eat food

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Many times, and it seems to be affecting a ton of people too after the last restart

Result: No sounds, other than eating where you just don't hear the burp

Expected Result: Normal minecraft sounds

Yeah, my sound seems fine. Granted, I never changed it.
