    Ruined Portal Hunter quest not reset at midnight

    no quest reset
    Expected Result:
    quest reset
    Evidence:
    I went back in my logs and see that I completed Obsidians Lament at 9:06pm
    All my other quests reset so idk what happened

    It has reset properly as of last night - I am not sure why it hasn't reset compared to all the other quests.
    If it happens again on this specific quest - let me know.

    This quest did not reset again last night. In addition, FlamesofFortune, VolcanicFractures,and GreenGleam did not reset
