Brief Description: Some potions are not turning into their second potency stage after glowstone dust.

Instructions: Brew potions (This has happened with Health and Strength potions). Make whatever potion you are trying to make. Add glowstone.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: It was hit and miss, but roughly 30% of the time it will stay regular.

Result: Potion does not become more potent.

Expected Result: Potion to become more potent.

I also want to say that on /itemdb it says it is a Strength2 potion, but when I drink it or in my inventory, it is a regular potion.
