Brief Description: Whilst disguised, I am unable to enabled the /nv command. I am able to turn this off while disguised however.

Instructions:
1. Disguise yourself as any mob.
2. Attempt to use the /nv command. It will say it has been enabled yet it has not.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Several times, as multiple mobs.

Result: Night vision is unable to be turned on while disguised, but can be turned off. A message saying that it has been enabled does appear.

Expected Result: Night vision is enabled while disguised.

It appears you can still use it with the /sd command, but while seeing your disguise you cannot. This isn't a major bug, simply wanted to bring this to attention.
