I can't change my Avatar.

Brief Description:
I've tried many pictures, with correct format 200x200 pixels +

Instructions:
1. Find a picture of choice
2. attempt to upload
3. Fail, It gives a message saying "the server can't process this image"

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
over 7 times
Result:
I can't change my avatar

Expected Result:
Upload the picture, whilst it didn't.
