Brief Description:
The nether portal at /warp nether hasn't worked since the last reset.

Instructions:
1. Do /warp nether.
2. Notice that the portal is broken and one cannot pass through it.

Having a home set in the nether bypasses this issue. You can do /home nether (if you've already set it) to enter the nether and teleport in.

If you need more info then let me know as I've personally tried to fix the gates but had no luck.
