Brief Description:
/mctop & /mcstats doesn't work. None of the /mctop commands show anything when entered and /mcstats only seems to work for you not others.

Instructions:
Type /mctop, /mctop <category>, /mcstats <username>

Nothing

Expected Result:
Should show server ranks and individual stats for others

Evidence:
Had other staff attempt it and they got the same results
