Brief Description: When I read a particular locked thread it does not mark it as read but continues to be bold light blue meaning there is something unread

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 10+ (all the time)

Result: Keeps it as bold light blue after I read it

Expected Result: Fades to a dark blue when I read the thread

May be a bad question but how do I mark the entire section as read?
