Brief Description: I cannot use levers when I lock them, but when it is unlocked I have no problem activating it.
Instructions: Place a lever, lock it, and try to activate it.
How many times did you recreate this bug?: 10 times at least.
Result: I cannot even switch the lever.
Expected Result: The lever would switch activating the desired redstone.
Evidence: N/A don't know how to post pictures...

/credstone on is another alias for that command.
It is disabled by default and needs to be set manually with the redstone flag. -
