Brief Description: When locking an upside down lever on a block, the block it is on can still be destroyed by another person

Instructions: Have somebody lock an upside down lever on a block then destroy the block.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 12+ times

Result: Lever being destroyed along with the block

Expected Result: Block saying "This block is locked by "Username" just as it is with signs.

Evidence: Not sure how to show it.​
