    Instructions:
    Break kelp 1 piece at a time from top to bottom, get 0 herbalism.

    Only get herbalism exp when breaking from the bottom/middle of the kelp.

    Result:
    0 herbalism increase

    Expected Result:
    Some herbalism increase.
